Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Albuquerque is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care facilities. You will contribute to evidence-based rehabilitation programs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to guide clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.
