Continuum Rehab Group seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities in Albuquerque, NM. We value compassion, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.

Competitive pay range of $45-$55 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and licensure reimbursement. Open to therapists at all experience levels, with mentorship and a clinical excellence program funded by CRG.

Formación

• Licensed Occupational Therapist as required by state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., or M.S. in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT certification as OTR (if state mandates).
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to guide interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with functional disorders.
• Delivers skilled OT services ensuring quality patient outcomes.
• Offers counseling to patients and families about physical disorders and rehab goals.
• Supervise OT Assistants and students per licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.

Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
