Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess patients, plan treatments, and deliver interventions to improve daily living activities while educating patients and families.

Responsibilities include documentation, progress tracking, and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Licensure and CPR are required or preferred, with benefits beginning after the first month.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current state OT licensure
• Current CPR certification, preferred
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living techniques.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
