Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver comprehensive therapy in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess patients, plan and implement treatments, and educate families while documenting progress and adapting plans as needed. Collaboration with a diverse team ensures holistic patient care.

Licensure and CPR are required or preferred; 0–1 year experience acceptable. Location is US-IN-Columbus with benefits including weekly pay and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
