Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, aligned with professional standards and licensure requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Must have and maintain a current state OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
