Job summary

Synchrony in Columbus, Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

Must have a current state OT licensure or registration and CPR certification (preferred). A degree in Occupational Therapy is required, with 0–1 years of experience. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Current state OT licensure or registration must be maintained.
• CPR certification, current and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living techniques.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
