Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver a full range of OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. Licensure in the state and CPR certification are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
