The Occupational Therapist (OT) at Synchrony in Columbus, Indiana is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Education: OT degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses & certifications: OT license/registration (current) and CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
