Synchrony in Columbus, Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services in an interdisciplinary environment, including assessment, planning and interventions.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, current state OT license, CPR certification preferred, and 0-1 years of experience. We offer weekly pay, benefits from day one, 401(k) match, student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and more.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state OT licensure or registration.
• CPR certification, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
