Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of services in an interdisciplinary setting in Columbus, Indiana. The role includes assessment, planning, and delivering therapeutic interventions per professional standards.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure, and CPR certification (preferred). 0–1 year experience is acceptable. Competitive benefits and weekly pay accompany the position.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current OT license/registration in the state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Educate patients and families on daily living techniques.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
