Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is seeking a licensed pediatric occupational therapist for remote sessions. This 100% remote role offers multiple schedule options and a dedicated caseload with comprehensive benefits.

You'll deliver evidence-based care, using our platform and tools, while coordinating with caregivers to optimize outcomes for children. A strong background in pediatrics and comfort with teletherapy are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid NPI number.
• Licensed in a key state.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.

Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees.

• Annualized base salary compensation between $69,000- $97,000. The more high demand hours you work, the higher your compensation through additional recurring schedule earnings.
