Expressable is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide remote pediatric OT services nationwide. Positions offer flexible full-time schedules, with a dedicated caseload and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation ranges based on hours and scheduling earnings, with annualized base pay in the six-figure range depending on demand hours. Candidates must hold an active OT license and NPI, be comfortable with teletherapy, and have at least two years of pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed in a key state with active OT licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate pediatric experience.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.

Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for OTs that was a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-,or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.

Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees.

Annualized base salary compensation between $69,000- $97,000. The more high demand hours you work, the higher your compensation through additional recurring schedule earnings.

What you’ll do

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
