The role offers flexible scheduling with a base annual salary of $67,000 to $94,000, plus opportunities for additional recurring schedule earnings as you take on higher-demand hours. W2 employment with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and valid NPI number.
• Licensed in a key state.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate pediatric experience.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote pediatric OT sessions/evaluations.
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using clinical tools.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.

Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for OTs that was a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-,or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.

Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees.

Annualized base salary compensation between $67,000- $94,000. The more high demand hours you work, the higher your compensation through additional recurring schedule earnings.

What you’ll do:

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number
• Licensed in a key state

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
