Job summary

Expressable, Inc. offers a fully remote occupational therapy role focused on pediatric patients with flexible schedules and supportive leadership. You’ll conduct remote evaluations, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

This W2, full-time exempt position includes a dedicated caseload, benefits, and ongoing professional development. Georgia-licensed clinicians within the state or nearby areas are preferred for occasional hybrid

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and NPI number.
• Licensed in a key state.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.

Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for OTs that was a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-,or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.

Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees.

Annualized base salary compensation between $67,000- $94,000. The more high demand hours you work, the higher your compensation through additional recurring schedule earnings.

What you’ll do:
