Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment. The role focuses on helping patients regain independence through ADLs, mobility, and individualized treatment plans.

New grads are welcome, with options for 13-week contracts or permanent placement. Travel stipends and housing may be provided, and a collaborative team supports professional growth and patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of employment (new grads welcome)
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year, or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess patient function and develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
