FullShift Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The position welcomes new grads or experienced OTs, offering a competitive pay rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

You’ll work days in a supportive team environment with potential for contract extension or permanent placement. You will provide occupational therapy services, assess function, develop plans, and focus on ADLs and mobility to improve independence, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Active OT license in the state of employment (New grads welcome).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year, or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Assess patient function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
