Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in a day shift. The contract can be 13 weeks with extension or a permanent placement option. Travelers may receive housing and travel stipends, with competitive hourly pay.

New grads and experienced OTs are welcome to apply, joining a supportive team focused on patient independence and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year, or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Assess patient function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
