FullShift Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in a day-shift role. This 13-week contract may extend or convert to permanent placement, with competitive hourly pay and travel housing stipends for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy License in the employment state (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF settings.
• Assess patient function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
