K.A. Recruiting is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Arizona to deliver OT services across in-patient, out-patient, and Home Health settings. The position is full-time, days shift, with potential for a $25k sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.

The OT will assess, treat, plan and implement programs, with responsibilities including documentation and interdisciplinary communication, serving diverse patient populations in acute care, outpatient, and home health environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree in OT.
• AZ OT license in good standing.
• Prior OT experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation.
• Complete documentation and communication.
• Serve in-patient (acute care), out-patient, and Home Health settings.
