I'm hiring for an Occupational Therapist in Arizona! There is potential for a 25k sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.

The Occupational Therapist will provide Occupational Therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Patient population will be in-patient (acute care), out-patient and Home Health.
