Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time role in Rincon. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth.

You will evaluate and treat patients in acute care or outpatient settings, develop treatment plans, document progress electronically, and collaborate with the care team. A Bachelor's in OT is required, with BLS certification; 1–2 years acute therapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Master's degree/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Arizona OT license and BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years acute therapy experience required; pediatric/outpatient experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients in acute care hospital or outpatient clinic.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with the care team.
• Fit and train patients in appropriate assistive devices or orthotics.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides and students as applicable.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and coordinate with other departments.
