Requires NBCOT certification upon hire, OT degree (BSOT/MSOT), and active state licensure with CPR at hire. New grads welcome; sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time positions. Strong teamwork and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT/MSOT).
• Current state license in good standing.
• CPR certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans for activities of daily living.
• Establish and modify functional goals for patients.
• Oversee care by OTAs and Rehab Aides; participate in interdisciplinary team.
• Chart appropriately and timely; document progress.
• Communicate with patients and families; maintain professionalism.
