Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Maryland seeks an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through comprehensive OT services in in-facility settings. You will assess needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy to improve daily living activities.

You’ll collaborate with a Rehab Director and care team, participate in mentorship programs, and enjoy a benefits package including health plans, 401k, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration from NBCOT.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to promote independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers to sustain improvements.
