Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in‑facility rehabilitation team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy services focused on restoring independence and improving daily function.

In this role you will collaborate with the rehab team and care partners, training patients and caregivers while contributing to a patient‑centered care experience. Expect a supportive environment with mentorship and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE‑accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid, unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy interventions to assess needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver OT services.
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and caregivers to design and implement patient‑centered care.
• Support patient independence and education for patients and caregivers to promote ongoing recovery.
