Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills in in-facility settings. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy under the direction of the Director of Rehab.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for professional growth through our mentorship and CEU programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy in facility-based settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.

Education

Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy

NBCOT registration

Current state OT license
