Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients get well. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy in an in-facility setting.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will work as part of a team to restore independence and improve daily living skills while coordinating with caregivers and other clinicians. Powerback offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and visa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license required by state law.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapist, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Collaborate with a care team to restore independence and functional abilities.
• Support patients and caregivers with training to promote independence and productivity.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Rehab and contribute to patient-centered care.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards

Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license per state requirements
