Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy in a facility setting. You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and promote independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for occupational therapy.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in the facility.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
