Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy in facility settings across skilled nursing, outpatient, and home-based care.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, teach patients and caregivers, and adjust programs to restore function and improve quality of life. A strong clinical foundation and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT certification required.
• Valid and unencumbered state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop recovery plans.
