Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy across in-facility settings. You will help patients regain independence and work with a collaborative care team to coordinate rehabilitation and wellness initiatives.

This role reports to the Director of Rehab and requires ACOTE-accredited degree, NBOT registration, and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well and restore independence.
• You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• You train patients and caregivers on the skills needed to promote independence and productivity.
• You collaborate with peers and refer to ensure patient care thrives.
