Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver OT services within our in-facility setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and independence across diverse patient populations.

You will train patients and caregivers, promote independence, and contribute to a comprehensive clinician support network. We offer growth opportunities, CEUs, and visa sponsorship where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive daily living.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to optimize outcomes.
