Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab teams. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver high-quality OT services to help patients regain independence.

Ideal candidates hold an ACOTE-accredited OT degree, NBCOT initial registration, and an active state license. We offer mentorship, continued CEUs, visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• OT license valid and unencumbered in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Provide patient and caregiver training to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to additional services as needed.
