Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and provide therapy to restore function within our in-facility settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary rehab team to implement individualized care plans that promote independence and recovery.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, ongoing professional growth, and opportunities for mentorship, including access to CEUs and a supportive clinical network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Holder of a valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to promote independence and functional goals.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Education
