Talented Medicals Solution is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans that restore or improve functional independence across diverse care settings.

We value evidence-based interventions and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, with emphasis on patient and caregiver education, and accurate EMR documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Active OT license in state of practice.
• BLS certification if required by facility.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient or rehab settings preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, geriatric cases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement OT interventions to improve ADLs/IADLs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on plans and home programs.
• Recommend and train adaptive equipment and devices.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Supervise COTAs and support staff when applicable.
