Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence‑based interventions that promote independence in ADLs and IADLs across inpatient, outpatient, rehab, and school settings.

You will educate patients and families, document outcomes in the EMR, collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and case managers, and participate in discharge planning and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification if required by the facility.
• Experience preferred in outpatient, inpatient, rehab, or school settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and safe home exercise.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapy teams to coordinate care.

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate) from an accredited program
