Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain function by assessing needs, planning recovery, and delivering occupational therapy in facility settings across our care network.

You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with clinicians to guide patients toward independence and educate caregivers. A ACOTE-accredited degree, NBCOT registration, and active state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required by ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT registration required.
• Valid and unencumbered state OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document progress and educate patients and caregivers.

Education
