Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop and deliver recovery plans, and collaborate with the care team to promote independence in an in-facility setting. Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will provide patient-centered occupational therapy and mentor other staff as needed.

You will join a mission-driven team focused on restoring function and improving quality of life, with access to continuing education, mentorship, and visa/relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license for the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with care team and educate patients and caregivers.
• Promote patient-centered care and adapt therapy to diverse settings.
