Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy in facility settings. You will work under the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore independence and improve daily functioning.

Qualifications include a ACOTE-accredited Bachelor's degree, NBCOT registration, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized OT recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer to other services as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and safety.
