Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a facility setting. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary rehab team, reporting to the Director of Rehab, and contribute to a patient-centered care approach that supports growth and well-being. This is a full-time, in-facility position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an OT curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• The OT must hold a valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Provide in-facility OT services and contribute to patient recovery goals.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to promote independence and daily living activities.
• Report to the Director of Rehab.

Education
