Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• TX license or eligibility upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required within specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per plan of care; design programs to meet functional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family goals.
• Document thoroughly: charting, scheduling, peer reviews as required.
• Coordinate discharge planning and participate in care conferences and rounds.
