Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas, upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and designs OT treatment plans per physician referral or plan of care.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family goals.
• Documents patient care, billing, peer reviews, and daily schedules.
• Coordinates discharge planning and participates in rounds and conferences.
• Supervises OT assistants and aides.
• Maintains professional, customer-focused service with patients and staff.
