Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum.
• Registered/licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California.
• Two years of clinical OT experience recommended.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient’s functional status and home environment to plan care.
• Develops treatment programs and communicates plans to physicians and staff.
• May teach or retrain daily living activities and fabricate adaptive equipment.
• Maintains clinical records and coordinates with other care providers.
• Ensures adherence to Organization policy and state regulations.
