Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OT curriculum accredited by the AMA and AOTA.
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the AOTA.
• Licensed as an OT by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Two years of clinical experience as an OT.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional status and home safety.
• Develop treatment plan and goals for improved function.
• Communicate plan of care to referring physician and team.
• Instruct patient and caregiver in treatment regime as needed.
• Supervise OT assistants according to policy and state regulations.
• Maintain clinical records and reports on patient progress.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability guidelines.
