Job summary

The Weston Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians. You will design and implement plans of care, supervise assistants, and document services with attention to patient progress and outcomes.

In this role you will work within an interdisciplinary team, coordinate scheduling, and participate in ongoing treatment planning and discharge coordination to optimize functional independence for patients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state where you practice.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Ability to conduct patient evaluations and develop care plans.
• Accurate documentation and effective communication with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely evaluations for new patients.
• Design appropriate plan of care with measurable goals.
• Document services thoroughly for clinical and billing purposes.
• Re-evaluate patients regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate with physicians and care team to coordinate discharge plans.
