Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and document progress and outcomes.
• Refer patients to COTA and supervise therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and participate in care planning.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for assigned shifts.
