Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Current state OT license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess referred patients and administer rehab services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate with family and team.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab aides when applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians and facility staff to optimize outcomes.
