Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree from accredited occupational therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies and promotes a cooperative work environment through communication and teamwork.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with comprehensive evaluations and goal‑driven treatment plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes and discharge notes as per policy.
• Meets department productivity standards and adjusts schedules to meet patient and department needs.
• Participates in process management to improve quality and efficiency of services.
• Promotes professional development and shares clinical expertise with colleagues and students.
