Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment, evaluation, and treatment with a clear plan and measurable goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes.
• Meets department financial and productivity standards and adjusts schedules as needed.
• Participates in process improvement to enhance quality and efficiency of services.
• Promotes professional development and shares expertise with colleagues and students.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Delivers age-appropriate care following developmental guidelines.
