Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab in Cape May County, NJ seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist OT to join our team. You will design and implement personalized OT programs to help residents regain independence and improve function, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

You will also educate residents, families, and caregivers on OT strategies and document progress to support ongoing quality improvement in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the United States or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• Experience designing and implementing personalized occupational therapy programs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' occupational needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement occupational therapy programs to improve physical and cognitive function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on OT techniques and strategies.
• Document resident progress and program outcomes to ensure quality improvement.
