Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active OT license in the state of practice or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans to support patient progress.
