Job summary

Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab in Cape May County, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist OT to join our team. You will design and implement personalized programs to help residents regain independence, improve function, and enhance quality of life.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide education to residents and families, and document progress to ensure continuous quality improvement. This is a on-site role in a supportive, innovative care environment.

Qualifications

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' occupational needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
